What is Aurelia

Aurelia records my journey as a student, gradually approaching the classical world.

In the process of studying Latin and classical studies, I read Virgil’s Aeneid, and came to realize again and again that
understanding an ancient text is never something completed in a single moment.
It requires repeated reading, hesitation, confusion, discovery, and occasional moments of surprise.

I choose to document this process.
To transform the questions that arise in reading, the uncertainties in thinking, and moments of partial understanding into words, images, and design concepts.

These designs do not represent answers.They are simply my responses, at a particular point in time, to classical texts, archaeological objects, and the contemporary world.

For me, Aurelia is not a finished outcome,but a learning journey that is still unfolding.
